- Drive the store business to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage customer database to build strong relationships and create future selling opportunities
- Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors; conduct quarterly SWOT analysis
- Provide clear vision to the team about business and store’s vision
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents
- Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness
- Act as a coach for team members and promote growth mindset
- Develop omnichannel mindset among the team
- Use clienteling approach with focus on VIPs
- Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers
- Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure e commerce orders are prepared and processed within SLAs

- Experience in leading a Fashion Retail store in the UAE
- Currently based in the UAE

What You'll Be Doing
- Our Store Manager is responsible for driving the store business, achieving sales targets, building loyal VIP customers, managing the team, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and store processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy.
- Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and create future potential selling opportunities.
- Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with relevant stakeholders.
- Think hybrid by leveraging all type of point of sales online and offline.
- Provide a clear vision to the team about the business and store’s vision and key directions.
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain strong talents.
- Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness.
- Act as a coach for the team members and promote growth mindset.
- Develop the omnichannel mindset among the team.
- Use the clienteling approach and techniques with a focus on VIPs.
- Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience in leading a Fashion Retail store in the UAE.
- Currently based in the UAE.
