About the Role
Chalhoub Group is seeking a VP of Beauty Brand Partnerships & Business Development to drive growth across a portfolio of beauty brands. This executive role involves scouting and negotiating new brand partnerships, leading business plans, and overseeing omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities
- Scout, evaluate and negotiate new brand partnerships from first approach through deal structuring, pricing, and contract close
- Lead and oversee all business plans and strategies for new brand acquisitions, ensuring successful integration and long term growth
- Work closely with Strategy and Business Development teams on business acquisition opportunities to grow the group's portfolio
- Act as a strategic consultant to local operating teams, ensuring they are empowered to manage day to day operations while you focus on strategic partnerships and financial health
- Develop and implement the strategy for the group of brands by defining the vision and setting financial/operational KPIs
- Monitor key business KPIs and performance metrics
- Oversee the brands' omnichannel strategies, budgets, P&L and performance targets whilst ensuring alignment with Group's objectives
- Build and nurture long term strategic partnerships with brand principals
- Build and manage high performing teams by coaching, mentoring and ensuring they have clear development plans
Requirements
- Track record of building and negotiating brand partnerships, with presence and credibility to operate at VP level
- 15+ years in the beauty industry, ideally with strong omnichannel exposure; candidates from FMCG or luxury fashion, jewelry, and eyewear will also be considered
- Strong commercial and financial acumen; comfortable building business plans, purchase plans, and reading P&L performance
- Sharp strategic thinking, paired with composure and negotiation skill to close complex deals
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience building and developing high performing teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management someone who builds trust easily across both external brand partners and internal teams
- Regional and/or international brand building experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the region

What You'll Be Doing

What You’ll Need To Succeed
