Job Purpose

  • The Senior Manager – Brand Technology & Platforms is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of the organization's global brand platforms.
  • As the Product Owner for the organization's brand platform, the role defines the product roadmap, user experience, information architecture, content governance, and technology ecosystem.

Job Accountabilities

  • Brand Platform Strategy & Product Ownership: Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and governance for the organization's brand platforms.
  • Brand Technology & Platform Management: Manage and optimize the brand technology ecosystem, including integrations, upgrades, and platform performance.
  • Digital Asset Management: Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, including taxonomy, metadata, and governance.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and adoption through analytics and reporting.

Key Deliverables

  • Deliver and execute the brand platform strategy and product roadmap.
  • Continuously enhance brand platforms and supporting technologies.
  • Ensure successful integration and optimization of enterprise platforms.
  • Drive high user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective governance of digital assets, content, and publishing standards.
  • Optimize platform usability, information architecture, and user experience.
  • Ensure platform security, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Product Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience managing enterprise digital platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or similar solutions.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Digital Platform Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of platform governance, content management, taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture.
  • Experience managing SaaS platforms, enterprise integrations, and technology vendors.
  • Experience working with UX/UI, development, and cross functional business teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver digital transformation initiatives within large organizations.
