About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and governance for the organization's brand platforms
- Act as Product Owner, aligning platform enhancements with business priorities and user needs
- Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and drive continuous platform improvement
- Manage and optimize the brand technology ecosystem, including integrations, upgrades, and platform performance
- Partner with IT, Digital, and external vendors to implement and enhance enterprise brand technologies
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency, collaboration, governance, and user experience
- Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, including taxonomy, metadata, and governance
- Conduct regular audits to maintain content quality, compliance, and asset discoverability
- Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and adoption through analytics and reporting
- Establish KPIs and recommend improvements to enhance governance, operational efficiency, and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Product Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7–10 years of experience managing enterprise digital platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), or similar solutions
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Digital Platform Lead
- Strong knowledge of platform governance, content management, taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture
- Experience managing SaaS platforms, enterprise integrations, and technology vendors
- Experience working with UX/UI, development, and cross functional business teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver digital transformation initiatives within large organizations

Job Purpose
- The Senior Manager – Brand Technology & Platforms is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of the organization's global brand platforms.
- As the Product Owner for the organization's brand platform, the role defines the product roadmap, user experience, information architecture, content governance, and technology ecosystem.
Job Accountabilities
- Brand Platform Strategy & Product Ownership: Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and governance for the organization's brand platforms.
- Brand Technology & Platform Management: Manage and optimize the brand technology ecosystem, including integrations, upgrades, and platform performance.
- Digital Asset Management: Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, including taxonomy, metadata, and governance.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor platform performance, user engagement, and adoption through analytics and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
