- Seamlessly integrate live action footage with digital elements
- Manage assigned projects end to end, supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay updated on emerging trends in film editing, CGI, and visual effects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in film editing, post production, and CGI within a creative agency, production house, or in house creative team
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high end film editing, storytelling, and CGI integration
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender, Unreal Engine, or equivalent
- Strong expertise in color grading, sound design, compositing, and visual effects
- Deep understanding of film production techniques including narrative structure, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines

Role Overview
- Deliver high quality, cinematic film content for global brand storytelling across campaigns, corporate communications, and internal initiatives.
- Lead end to end post production from raw footage through to final delivery, integrating advanced editing with CGI and visual effects.
Film Editing and Post Production Execution
- Lead the end to end editing process from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring high quality cinematic output.
- Craft compelling narratives through pacing, structure, and strong editorial judgment.
- Deliver polished final outputs including colour grading, sound design, music integration, and mastering.
CGI, Compositing, and Visual Effects Integration
- Execute high end CGI, compositing, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and production value.
- Seamlessly integrate live action footage with digital elements ensuring consistency and realism.
- Apply advanced techniques to deliver innovative visual solutions within resources and timelines.
Creative Quality and Story Enhancement
- Interpret creative direction and scripts to strengthen final film output through expert editing.
- Enhance narrative flow, tone, and audience engagement while maintaining alignment with creative vision.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all visual and audio elements.
Project Ownership and Delivery
- Manage assigned projects end to end once footage is received, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously across various creative workstreams.
- Manage file versions, formats, and delivery specifications across digital, social media, broadcast, and internal platforms.
Operational Efficiency and Cost Optimisation
- Produce high quality content in house to reduce dependency on external agencies.
- Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve turnaround times.
- Balance creative ambition with practical execution to maximise value.
Tools, Technology, and Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging trends in film editing, CGI, and visual effects.
- Explore and implement new tools, techniques, and workflows.
- Contribute to strengthening internal capabilities in advanced film production.
Qualifications and Experience
