- Prepare and finalise artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications
- Adapt and reformat assets across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms with accuracy
- Perform detailed quality checks on all artwork to ensure zero errors in layout, typography, alignment, resolution, and formatting
- Validate content accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Maintain clear and consistent file naming conventions and ensure assets are properly organised and version controlled
- Manage multiple file versions, ensuring the latest approved files are clearly identified
- Apply industry best practices in print and digital production, including colour management, resolution, bleed, and file formats
- Collaborate closely with designers and creative teams to ensure final outputs meet creative and technical expectations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Production, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in artwork finalisation, production, or a similar technical design role
- Experience working within a creative agency or in house brand environment
- Strong knowledge of print and digital production standards
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Role Overview
- A multinational company is looking for an Artwork Finaliser who ensures all creative outputs are delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with required technical standards for both print and digital channels.
- Based within the Brand COE Creative Studio, the role is responsible for preparing, finalising, and quality checking artwork to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and established production best practices.
- A key focus of the role is maintaining high levels of accuracy by reviewing all files in detail, controlling version updates, and ensuring assets are correctly formatted, labelled, and ready for use across different platforms.
- Overall, the role supports efficient creative workflows by safeguarding quality, ensuring organisation of assets, and delivering production ready artwork to a consistently high professional standard.
Artwork Finalisation and Production Readiness
- Prepare and finalise artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring all files comply with technical specifications and production requirements
- Adapt and reformat assets across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms with accuracy and consistency
- Ensure all deliverables are export ready and aligned with required output standards
Quality Assurance and Error Control
- Perform detailed quality checks on all artwork to ensure zero errors in layout, typography, alignment, resolution, and formatting
- Validate content accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Identify and resolve technical issues prior to final delivery
File Management and Organisation
- Maintain clear and consistent file naming conventions across all projects
- Ensure assets are properly organised, version controlled, and securely stored within internal systems
- Support efficient file retrieval and accessibility for the wider team
Version Control and Workflow Support
- Manage multiple file versions, ensuring the latest approved files are clearly identified and maintained
- Prepare final artwork for handover and distribution to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to smooth and efficient workflow processes across projects
Technical Standards and Best Practice
- Apply industry best practices in print and digital production, including colour management, resolution, bleed, and file formats
- Ensure all outputs meet global production standards and are suitable for external use where required
- Stay updated with evolving tools, formats, and production techniques
Cross Functional Support
- Collaborate closely with designers and creative teams to ensure final outputs meet creative and technical expectations
- Provide technical support and guidance to enable smooth execution of creative deliverables
- Assist with minor asset edits, retouching, or adjustments when required
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Production, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in artwork finalisation, production, or a similar technical design role
- Experience working within a creative agency or in house brand environment
