Drive occupancy and revenue for a premium residential compound in Riyadh.
Manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in while delivering customer service to prospective and current residents.
Leasing and Sales Activities
- Execute leasing strategies to achieve and maintain occupancy targets.
- Generate leads through marketing, networking, and outreach.
- Respond to leasing inquiries and conduct property viewings.
- Follow up with prospects within 48 hours of viewings using tailored communication.
- Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and conditions within approved rental guidelines.
- Prepare lease proposals and secure signed lease agreements.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and conversion rate objectives.
- Maintain pipeline tracking and provide weekly leasing activity reports.
- Conduct market tours and competitive analysis to support pricing recommendations.
Corporate and Diplomatic Leasing
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, relocation agencies, and HR departments.
Requirements
- Experience managing residential leasing and sales activities across the full leasing cycle.
- Ability to generate leads, conduct property viewings, and convert prospects into signed leases.
- Ability to negotiate lease terms, pricing, and conditions within approved rental guidelines.
- Capability to manage leasing pipelines, occupancy targets, conversion objectives, and activity reporting.
- Ability to build relationships with corporate clients, relocation agencies, and HR departments.
