Role Overview
Work with the industrial advisory services team on industrial feasibility studies, business plans, and development strategies.
The work covers industrial parks, free zones, industrial corridors, and special economic zones.
Industrial Market Analysis
- Assess global industrial and logistics supply chains and value chains.
- Identify industrial and warehousing opportunity sectors using global, national, and regional datasets.
- Conduct macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis, industrial growth forecasting, and scenario-based demand assessment.
- Collect primary and secondary market data and conduct on-ground market studies.
Financial and Client Advisory Work
- Perform post-tax financial modelling, including balance sheet and profit and loss preparation, to establish project viability.
- Interview manufacturers, industrial operators, and industrial infrastructure developers to understand market dynamics.
- Produce reports and recommendations for clients.
- Prepare pitches, proposals, and tenders for private and government clients.
Additional Contribution
- Contribute to other business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, based on the source experience specification.
- Understanding of global industrial and logistics supply chains and value chains.
- Capability to perform macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis, industrial growth forecasting, and scenario-based demand assessment.
- Ability to undertake post-tax financial modelling, including balance sheet and profit and loss preparation.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews with manufacturers, industrial operators, and infrastructure developers.
