Job Description
Provide unified leadership across property management, facilities management, financial administration, leasing, customer experience, health and safety, compliance, and community engagement.
Maintain proactive client communication and deliver performance against KPIs including 95% or higher occupancy, 85% or higher resident satisfaction, and cost control within approved budgets.
Leadership and Operations
- Report directly to the Senior Director and Head of Building Management while representing the onsite property management team.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control of day-to-day property management services and operations.
- Oversee transitions management involved in taking a building into a multi-let asset in accordance with industry best practices.
Finance and Governance
- Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgeting requirements, financial forecasts, and profit and loss management.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to clients.
- Prepare governance documents, property operations plans, guidelines, property regulations, policies, procedures, and procurement approval requests.
Candidate Requirements
- Confidently lead a team and consult with clients, tenants, contractors, experienced professionals, multinational organisations, and international tenants.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills in dealings with experienced professionals and international tenants.
- Maintain knowledge of property management systems including CRM, BMS, and CAFM.
Systems Management
- Maintain the accuracy of property management systems.
- Ensure total facilities management service providers keep systems up to date.
- Ensure total facilities management staff receive training and advice on system usage.
Work Setting
- The description refers to representing an onsite property management team.
