Position Overview
Manage, organize, and control project documentation throughout the construction lifecycle.
Ensure proper document flow, version control, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Document Management
- Establish and maintain document control systems and procedures.
- Receive, log, distribute, and track project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document version control and maintain document registers.
- Implement document naming conventions and filing systems.
- Archive completed project documentation according to company and regulatory requirements.
Quality Control and Compliance
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate document reviews and approvals with project stakeholders.
- Track document submissions, reviews, and approval status.
- Ensure adherence to document control procedures and industry standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
