About the Role
JLL is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer for a premium residential resort in North Riyadh.
The role supports comprehensive financial operations and accurate financial recordkeeping.
The Finance Officer processes transactions and supports the Finance Manager with transparent, compliant financial reporting.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate accounting, property finance, or facilities management financial operations.
- Experience in KSA or GCC property management is preferred.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is required.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes is required.
- Proficiency in Yardi, Yarn, or similar property management systems is required.
- Understanding of Saudi Arabian tax and compliance requirements, including VAT and e-invoicing, is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documentation.
- Ensure invoices comply with approved budgets.
- Prepare payment instructions and coordinate with banking partners.
