Position Overview
JLL is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium mixed-use compound in Riyadh.
The role is responsible for resident service, occupancy and revenue performance, stakeholder relationships, and regulatory compliance across property management functions.
Leasing and Tenancy Management
- Develop and execute annual leasing and pricing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
- Manage move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and lease negotiations across the tenant lifecycle.
- Oversee Ejar and Shomoos registration and renewals in line with RERA guidelines.
- Maintain professionally staged show units and conduct property viewings.
- Follow up with prospective tenants within agreed timelines.
- Develop corporate and diplomatic leasing outreach programs.
- Prepare annual rent benchmarking reports aligned with market comparables.
- Handle tenant communications professionally.
- Manage retail and commercial tenant relationships, fit-out approvals, and lease compliance.
- Coordinate tenant onboarding programs, welcome kits, and compound orientation.
Financial and Revenue Management
- Oversee monthly rent and revenue management activities.
Requirements
- Experience as a Property Manager.
- Ability to manage leasing, tenancy lifecycle activities, and tenant communications.
- Knowledge of Ejar, Shomoos, and RERA compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across residential, retail, and commercial tenants.
