Responsibilities
- Deliver charged engineering services within the scope of Integrated Project Solution along full project lifecycle from acquisition to execution to maximize profit
- Coordinate and supervise the assigned engineering scope of the project to ensure technical objectives are met within approved scope, budget, and schedule
- Supervise, oversee, and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of engineering scope deliverables developed by Design Engineering team
- Ensure design optimization in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices
- Coordinate and support other functional roles within the Project Team to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Engineering execution
- Actively support the Construction Project Manager and Project Execution Manager in assessing scope and required time for value adding engineering services
- Provide technical advisory and coordination with customer’s discipline specialists
- Create design guideline/input to Modeler(s) based on customer requirements
- Join clash coordination sessions as Hilti representative
- Ensure proper engineering documentation as per design guideline
- Provide support to Project Managers and Engineers within the Projects Management Team
- Establish excellent working relationships with Regional LE and functional counterparts

- Min. 5 8 years of experience within engineering
- Evidence of 6 Large projects successfully executed and 3 years in Lead position
- Structural Engineering background is required
- Offshore experience in engineering roles is preferred

Role Overview
- Lead Engineer is a customer facing role responsible to deliver charged engineering services within the scope of Integrated Project Solution along full project lifecycle from acquisition to execution to maximize profit.
- Coordinate and supervise the assigned engineering scope of the project to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.
- Supervise, oversee, and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of engineering scope deliverables developed by Design Engineering team, ensuring design optimization in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Coordination and support of other functional roles within the Project Team to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Engineering execution and design integrity.
What You'll Do
- Actively support the Construction Project Manager and Project Execution Manager to assess the availability of required information, the scope and the required time to perform value adding engineering services.
- Consult/ support the Construction Project Manager in quoting for the project and consult Framework feasibility.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering and Design activities, system integration, and design selection.
- Supervise and manage the review and approval of Design Engineering team’s work, ensuring compliance with Projects specifications/requirements, relevant codes and external and internal standards, and best industry practices.
- Provide technical advisory and coordination with customer’s discipline specialists.
- Based on the customer requirements create design guideline/input to Modeler(s) (in/external).
- By request join “clash” coordination sessions as Hilti representative.
- Ensure proper engineering documentation as per design guideline.
- Coordinate the required engineering participation and contribute input and expertise in developing and analyzing various design options to validate and optimize Design Engineering Team’s output.
- Provide support to Project Managers and Engineers within the Projects Management Team organization.
- Establish excellent working relationships with Regional LE and functional counterparts in regions.
- Interface with Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers in other departments, Operations Units and Fulfilment Department.
What You’ll Bring
