Responsibilities
- Support employees through key moments in their career journey from onboarding to departures
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain employee records and contribute to HR data integrity
- Prepare essential employee documents including salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs, and contracts
- Serve as trusted point of contact for employee queries through HR service platform
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to improve processes and employee experience
Requirements
- UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with UAE Emiratization law)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- HR Operations / Shared Services experience is a plus
- Hands on experience with Workday / SuccessFactors is a plus
- Experience using HR ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) is a plus
