Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Background in interior finishing or construction
- Strong relationship building and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel

Overview
- As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, building direct relationships with customers across construction sites, offices, and warehouses.
- You'll deliver tailored Hilti solutions, driving growth by using innovative tools, software, and services to build value driven partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans using a solution based approach.

- Drive growth of key products and ensure successful new product introductions.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Background in interior finishing or construction.
- Strong relationship building and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Self driven, team oriented, and customer focused.
- A UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
