About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support daily Import/Export, warehousing, and domestic/regional transport activities
- Coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure on time shipment movements and regulatory compliance
- Manage inbound, outbound, inventory control, reverse logistics, and local/regional deliveries
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Materials Management to improve service delivery
- Apply Lean tools and global standards to identify root causes and drive productivity improvements
- Build dashboards and data visualizations using Excel and Power BI to support decision making
- Assist in performance reviews with logistics service providers and follow up on corrective actions
- Support cost management activities including invoice checks, audits, and operational controls
- Interpret and communicate logistics KPIs and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's is a plus)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Detail oriented, well organized, and comfortable working under strict deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated with a customer focused and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in both office and operational environments
- Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken)

Role Overview
- Kick start your supply chain career by gaining hands on exposure to end to end regional logistics operations.
- Work cross functionally to improve service, efficiency, and performance.
- Support the Distribution Manager in all Supply Chain Execution activities across the Regional Distribution Centre.
