Overview

  • As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, building strong direct relationships with customers across construction sites, offices, and warehouses.
  • You'll deliver tailored Hilti solutions, driving growth by using innovative tools, software, and services to build value driven partnerships and improve operational efficiency.
  • You'll also proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction segments across Dubai.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans using a solution based approach.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage sales opportunities to achieve territory targets.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, contractors, and end users.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tactical actions.
  • Drive growth of key products and ensure successful new product introductions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers.
  • Manage customer portfolios and ensure high service levels.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Area Sales Manager.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Background in interior finishing or construction.
  • Strong relationship building and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, Turkish is an advantage.
  • Self driven, team oriented, and customer focused.
  • A UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Based in Dubai.
