About the Role
Hilti Emirates is looking for a UAE National Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support, process customer contacts, manage complaints, and maintain customer master data.

Responsibilities
- Process all contacts (inbound and outbound email, fax, chat, voice) from customers efficiently and professionally
- Actively manage customer complaint handling and provide First Contact Solution
- Take responsibility for Customer Master Data ensuring 100% accuracy in SAP
- Actively promote the use of other sales channels to drive Multi Channel System orchestration
- Support field based personnel with on time, detailed communication and sales leads
- Act as central point of contact interfacing with associated departments
- Maintain additional tasks as identified by management in administration, sales, productivity, quality
Requirements
- UAE National Family Book (to comply with UAE Emiratization law)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Good computer skills (ideally SAP)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High commitment to customer satisfaction
- Team playing skills with strong customer orientation
- Self motivation, highly energetic, outgoing character
