Hays is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Investment Deals within the Strategy and Investment team of a PIF-backed giga-project in Dammam.
The role reports to the Head of Investment and leads execution-focused transaction workstreams across Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Lead investment, fund, and real estate transaction workstreams.
- Review business cases and perform financial underwriting.
- Own valuation and transaction economics for priority opportunities.
- Coordinate due diligence with fund managers, developers, investors, lenders, and advisors.
- Support commercial structuring and negotiation preparation.
- Execute fund, joint venture, special purpose vehicle, and real estate transactions.
- Support transaction documentation and closing.
- Coach junior team members and provide execution leadership.
- Build modeling standards and governance frameworks for the investment function.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in investment banking, private markets, asset management, or real estate investing.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, or a related field.
- CFA Charter or completion of CFA Level III is required.
- Mandatory track record of fund and deal execution in Saudi Arabia, including live transactions.
