Hays is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Sales division in Dubai.

What You Will Do
- Source, engage, and assess talent through LinkedIn, GulfTalent, and internal systems.
- Build candidate pipelines and present quality shortlists.
- Conduct market mapping and share insights with clients.
- Represent clients professionally in the market.
- Manage searches from initial briefing through successful completion.
- Develop new client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with the wider team and share market knowledge.
What Hays Is Looking For
- Previous recruitment agency experience is required.
- Experience in Sales or Technology recruitment across the UAE or Gulf region is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
- A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach is expected.
- Confidence in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is required.
- A collaborative mindset and interest in long-term partnerships are expected.
