The role is responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing
Oracle Fusion Hcm
modules to meet business requirements.
The consultant will work closely with HR, Recruitment, and Talent teams to understand their needs, translate them into system solutions, and ensure smooth system operations.
The position requires hands‑on involvement in both technical development and functional configuration across key HCM modules.
Core Functional Expertise
- Strong techno‑functional experience in
Oracle Fusion Hcm
- Deep hands‑on knowledge of:
- Core HR
- ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
- Talent Management
Technical Skills
- Proficient in
Sql
- Experience with:
- OTBI
- BI Publisher
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formulas
- Fusion Security
- Approval Workflows
- Custom Reports and Dashboards (Infolets, KPIs, HR dashboards)
Functional Skills
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations
- Strong understanding of HR, Talent, and Recruitment processes
- Experience performing system testing, troubleshooting, and supporting end‑users
- Ability to conduct user training and prepare documentation
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years
of experience as a
Techno‑Functional Fusion HCM Consultant
- Experience in both system implementation and ongoing support
- Ability to work independently and deliver end‑to‑end solutions
