Overview
Lead operations of enterprise compute (Windows / Linux), storage (Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE), and virtualisation (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
Own data centre capacity planning and growth forecasting.
Drive infrastructure high availability and disaster recovery design including DR runbooks and drills.
Govern infrastructure security hardening CIS benchmarks, OS patching, configuration baselines.
Lead hybrid cloud architecture and operations (Azure / AWS connectivity to on-prem).
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services.
Conduct infrastructure performance tuning and root cause analysis.
Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure licences, support contracts, and refreshes.
Mentor junior infrastructure team members.
