Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business requirement workshops with departmental stakeholders.
- Author functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
- Support application configuration and parameterisation.
- Coordinate UAT cycles test plan authoring, defect tracking, sign-off facilitation.
- Develop and deliver end-user training material and sessions.
- Maintain application configuration documentation and CMDB hygiene.
- Liaise between business users, development teams, and vendors on functional issues.
- Support production application releases and regression testing.
