Overview
Lead complex business and functional analysis on multi-application change initiatives.
Own functional design authority across the application portfolio.
Facilitate requirements workshops with senior business stakeholders.
Author business cases, requirements specifications, and functional design documents.
Govern requirements traceability across the project lifecycle.
Lead solution evaluation RFP authoring, vendor demos, scoring matrices.
Mentor and coach Application Analysts and junior BAs.
Drive process improvement using Lean / Six Sigma where applicable.
Interface with Enterprise Architect on solution design and target-state architecture.
