Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern the information architecture and data domains across the client.
- Lead master data management (MDM) strategy, tooling, and operations.
- Build and operate the data quality framework profiling, monitoring, remediation workflows.
- Govern the enterprise content management (ECM) platform OpenText, IBM FileNet, Microsoft 365, or equivalent.
- Lead records management and retention scheduling.
- Drive data governance forums data stewards' council, data owners' charter.
- Govern compliance with Qatar Personal Data Privacy Law (PDPL) and related regulations.
- Architect BI and analytics platform integrations from a data-supply perspective.
- Lead data-classification, lineage, and catalogue programs (Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
- Mentor information management staff and provide strategic input on the client's data strategy.
