Role Overview
The Senior Implementation Engineer leads implementation of physical layouts, fulfillment processes, solution concepts, and equipment for new clients and facility integrations.
The role collaborates with Design and Implementation teams to align layouts, equipment, processes, launches, and pricing with the original solution design.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solutions Design on data assumptions, design elements, and procurement needs.
- Lead site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution, and process optimization in fulfillment centers.
- Coordinate WMS location naming, work zones, material flow, routing, and pick sequences with IT and WMS Configuration.
- Define slotting and replenishment strategies using complex data analysis.
- Validate pricing assumptions and change requests using data, direct observation, and labor standards.
- Develop operational reporting to improve visibility and efficiency.
