- Monitor compliance with safety standards and provide coaching and feedback
- Coordinate with operations and HSE teams to align training with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong expertise in operating and instructing on heavy duty machinery including bulldozers, earth moving equipment, forklifts, and heavy vehicles
- Demonstrated experience in delivering technical and safety focused training programs in construction, transport, or industrial environments
- Solid understanding of equipment maintenance basics, safe operating procedures, and relevant HSE regulations
- Ability to design structured training curricula, manuals, and assessment tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Proven capability to conduct practical skills assessments and provide performance feedback
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification in heavy machinery operation, mechanical engineering, or related field; instructor or trainer certification is an advantage
- Previous experience in GCC or similar large scale construction or transportation projects is preferred
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Senior Heavy Machinery Trainer and Instructor specializing in heavy duty machines such as bulldozers, earth moving equipment, forklifts, and heavy vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate practical and classroom training programs for operators and maintenance staff.
- Design training materials, operating procedures, and assessment tools.
- Conduct regular skills evaluations, refresher courses, and safety drills.
- Demonstrate machine operation, oversee hands on practice, monitor compliance with safety standards, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Coordinate with operations and HSE teams to align training with company policies, regulatory requirements, and project needs.
Qualifications
