Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify hazards
- Ensure adherence to company HSE policies, legal requirements, and ISO standards
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to promote safety culture
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and non conformities to recommend corrective actions
- Maintain and update HSE documentation including risk assessments, method statements, permits, and reports
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and external stakeholders on compliance matters
- Monitor use of PPE and oversee emergency preparedness and drills
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in occupational health and environmental performance
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety
- Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles and practices
- Recognized professional certification such as NEBOSH (or equivalent)
- Experience in construction industry HSE roles
- Familiarity with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and ISO 45000 systems
- Effective communication and reporting skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Relevant diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

Role Description
