- Inspection skills, with the ability to review and verify compliance with project specifications
- Logistics Management expertise to coordinate materials, equipment, and transportation
- Experience managing villa and infrastructure/bridge projects within the UAE or GCC region
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of relevant construction codes, HSE standards, and ISO based quality systems
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard office software

Role Description
- The Project Manager – Villas + Bridge is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of villa and bridge projects.
- This role includes coordinating project schedules, managing resources, and supervising site activities to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and in line with safety and quality standards.
- The Project Manager will collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site teams, as well as external stakeholders, to resolve issues and maintain smooth project progress.
- Daily tasks involve monitoring construction progress, reviewing inspections, managing documentation, and providing clear reports to senior management.
- The position also requires proactive risk management and continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
- Experience as an Expeditor, with strong Expediting capabilities to track and accelerate procurement and delivery activities.
- Inspection skills, with the ability to review and verify compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Logistics Management expertise to coordinate materials, equipment, and transportation for villa and bridge works.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing villa and infrastructure/bridge projects within the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to guide diverse site teams.
