Role Description

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of construction methods and practices, with specific experience in bridge work or heavy civil infrastructure.
- Proficiency in budgeting and project control, including cost tracking, resource planning, and schedule management.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction safety, including implementation of safety plans and compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in UAE or GCC construction sector and familiarity with local codes and permitting processes.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and construction related software; valid driver's license and readiness to work on site.
