About the Role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of consulting service offerings and mentor consultants
- Identify and scope client needs and solutions based on client requirements
- Map, understand and assess clinical pathways and patient journeys within a hospital setting
- Identify, frame, and prioritize initiatives to capture value and establish roadmap
- Manage full end to end projects and perform day to day coaching to the service delivery team
- Prepare portfolio reviews of the partnership program with steering committee
- Drive data analytics around clinical, operational, and financial outcomes
Requirements
- Degree in relevant functional area (Healthcare Management, Quality and Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Marketing)
- Experience in consulting or healthcare environments, with exposure to business development, marketing, or process and quality management
- Excellence in problem solving skills
- Strong skills in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
- Demonstrable program management skills
- Good command of English

Responsibilities

Required Knowledge and Experience
- Degree in relevant functional area (Healthcare Management, Quality and Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Marketing).
- Experience in consulting or healthcare environments, with exposure to business development, marketing, or process and quality management.
- Excellence in problem solving skills.
- Strong skills in collecting, analysing and interpreting data.
- Strong ability to develop and foster business relationships with continuously changing stakeholders.
- Demonstrable program management skills.
- Good command of English.
