About the Role
Deloitte is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for a 12-month contract to support Financial Planning and Analysis for a key service line. You will prepare insights, perform reporting and forecasting, and collaborate with executive leaders.

- Foster strong working relationships with clients and leverage technical skills to optimize internal processes
- Prepare and present insights based on analyses, key metrics trending and quantified risks and opportunities
- Perform regular financial reporting, forecasting and planning
- Lead all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis for the most profitable service
- Work alongside Firm’s Executive leaders to drive operational excellence and financial performance
- Provide actionable recommendations related to client profitability, resource optimization, and investments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce
- Working towards a relevant professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA)
- 4 6 years of progressive experience in a finance role in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen
- Expert Excel skills with ability to handle large data sets and present summaries
- Strategic thinker able to drive business initiatives end to end

- Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will lead all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis for our most profitable service.
- Work alongside the Firm’s Executive leaders to drive operational excellence and outstanding financial performance.
You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce
- You have or working towards a relevant professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA)
- 4 6 years of progressive experience in a finance role in a fast paced environment
- Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen
- Expert excel skills with the ability to efficiently handle large data sets and concisely present and summarize for our Executives
- Strategic thinker who is able to drive business initiatives end to end and deliver insights
Total Rewards
- Salary range for this position is CAD 58,000 CAD 96,000
- Eligible to participate in bonus program
