- Expert Excel skills with ability to handle large data sets
- Strategic thinker able to drive business initiatives end to end
- French/Spanish proficiency is an asset

Role Overview
- As a Senior Financial Analyst/Associate Manager within the Finance Business Partner (FBP) team, you will foster strong working relationships with your clients and leverage exceptional technical skills to optimize internal processes and drive significant efficiencies.
- You will prepare and present insights based on analyses, key metrics trending and quantified risks and opportunities.
- You will perform regular financial reporting, forecasting and planning and participate in FBP wide projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Commerce.
- Working towards or holding a relevant professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA).
- 4 6 years of progressive experience in a finance role in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen.
- Expert Excel skills with ability to efficiently handle large data sets and present summaries for Executives.
- Strategic thinker able to drive business initiatives end to end and deliver insights.
- French/Spanish proficiency is an asset.
Total Rewards
- Salary range: CAD 58,000 CAD 96,000 for Senior Financial Analyst; CAD 69,000 CAD 114,000 for Associate Manager.
- Eligible for bonus program.
- Benefits include CAD 4,000 per year for mental health support, CAD 1,300 flexible benefit spending account, Deloitte Days, Development and Innovation Days, flexible work arrangements.
