About the Role
Asteco is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team, responsible for month-end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.

- Support the annual budget process end to end – from issuing templates to departments through to board approval and system upload
- Prepare and recommend the sectional budget and monitor performance versus budget
- Own and manage the SGA budgeting and control
- Assist in preparation of any forecasts and tracking of cost initiatives
- Ensure all sectional reports are timely, accurate and meet the company’s requirements and quality standards
- Support the production of reports to group
- Lead continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, utilizing AI tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field
- Master's degree and/or professional postgraduate certificate preferred
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong quantitative financial skills
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years at a supervisory level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Role Overview
- The role is responsible for working within FP&A to assist with month end, forecasting and budgeting as well as strategic initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple financial analysis projects at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the FP&A Director to translate departmental strategy into actionable items.

Qualifications
