- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil)
- 3 5 years’ experience in property / community / facility management

Job Purpose
- To effectively oversee and manage the day to day operations of a residential community, ensuring the satisfaction of villa owners and the well being of the community.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Respond promptly to residents’ maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Handle residents’ inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Address residents’ disputes and conflicts.
- Foster a positive and harmonious community environment.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil)
