Role Overview

A leading investment organisation in Dubai is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its investment team.

The role is exclusively focused on fixed income and credit across GCC and global markets.

The position supports analysis of investment opportunities, credit research, and portfolio management.

Compensation

  • Salary is up to AED 25,000 per month, plus benefits.
  • Benefits include medical insurance, annual flight tickets for the employee and eligible dependents, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse sovereign, corporate, and other fixed income and credit investment opportunities.
  • Conduct credit research, financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling.
  • Assess credit quality, financial performance, capital structures, spreads, yields, and risk factors.
  • Monitor fixed income portfolios, including spreads, ratings, yield curves, and performance.
  • Develop investment views and contribute to recommendations and decisions.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, presentations, and portfolio reports.
  • Monitor interest rates, inflation, monetary policy, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Conduct research across GCC and global fixed income markets.
  • Liaise with asset managers, banks, advisors, and internal investment teams.

Candidate Profile

  • Four to seven years of experience in fixed income, credit research, asset management, investment management, banking, or a related investment environment.
  • Strong fixed income and credit analysis experience with knowledge of credit fundamentals and financial markets.
  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and investment research skills.
  • Ability to assess investment opportunities and communicate investment views clearly.
  • CFA qualification or progress toward the CFA is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Python, SQL, or Power BI would be advantageous.
  • GCC market exposure or Sharia-compliant investment experience is a plus.
