The employer is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to build the next generation of AI-powered applications.
This engineering-led role takes AI solutions from prototype through production using LLMs, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI applications.
- Build intelligent agent workflows on foundation models.
- Use LLM APIs, prompting, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and backend services.
- Maintain ownership of architecture, security, and code quality while using AI coding agents.
- Develop evaluation, testing, and monitoring frameworks for quality, safety, latency, and cost.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and support build-versus-buy decisions.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI or machine learning applications into production.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI.
- Strong understanding of RAG, prompting, and tool or function calling.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate real-world production AI applications.
