Join the Digital and Innovation team of an international insurance broker in Dubai as a Quality and Support Engineer.
The role combines QA automation, application support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for digital applications.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing, including end-to-end testing.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot application issues, analyze logs, and manage incidents.
- Support application releases, deployments, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Work with developers, product teams, users, and vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation and support user training.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in QA, test automation, or application support.
- Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with CI/CD, SQL, APIs, web technologies, and system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
