Own the full 360° recruitment lifecycle while building and developing a specialist market.
Connect exceptional talent with opportunities and grow a recruitment desk within Kingston Stanley.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360° recruitment process from business development through successful placement.
- Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
- Build a specialist network across Corporate Services and Professional Services.
- Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates.
- Manage multiple recruitment assignments while delivering exceptional service.
- Provide clients and candidates with market insights and recruitment expertise.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the recruitment desk.
- Negotiate offers and manage recruitment through successful placement.
About You
- The role seeks an ambitious and commercially driven recruiter ready to make an impact.
- 4–8+ years of recruitment experience.
- Strong experience within a 360° agency recruitment environment.
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong UAE/GCC market knowledge is advantageous.
- Ambition, resilience, and drive to build something successful.
