A leading organisation in Dubai is recruiting a Project Specialist to join its PMO team.
The role requires genuine end-to-end project ownership rather than traditional project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally to identify challenges, streamline processes, and implement business improvements.
- Analyse business data and KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives within business operations.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and project updates for senior management.
- Manage project risks, priorities, and stakeholders across multiple concurrent initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience across project management, strategy, operations, transformation, or management consulting.
- MBA or master’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline.
- Experience personally owning projects end to end rather than only supporting individual workstreams.
- Strong stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to explain individual contributions, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes from previous projects.
