About the Role
IMG is seeking a Senior Finance Assistant to provide accounting support to the Production Team, including invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and cost reporting. The role requires a recognized accounting qualification, a university degree in accounting, and previous finance experience.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Vendor Invoices are properly coded and authorised for payment
- Liaise with Accounts Payable on all Payables issues
- Manage and reconcile Production Pre Paid Cards
- Manage and reconcile expenditure incurred on Production Credit Cards
- Deal with T&E expenses for all relevant staff using Concur system
- Assist Production Managers with monthly Actual Cost Reporting against Budget
- Proactive analysis of Production spend and revenue
- Deal with any other ad hoc production related finance matters
Requirements
- Studying for a recognised Accounting Qualification (such as SOCPA license training)
- University Degree or equivalent in an Accounting related subject
- Must be numerate and able to organise and deal with multiple tasks
- Must be able to work without close supervision
- Must have an interest in Television Production
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload on a daily basis
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong numeracy skills
- Previous experience in an Accounting/Finance environment
- Saudi National only (Saudization requirement)

Experience Required Mandatory
- Studying for a recognised Accounting Qualification (such as SOCPA license training)

- Must have an interest in Television Production
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload on a Daily Basis

- Previous experience in an Accounting/Finance environment
Experience Required Desirable
- Knowledge of the SAP Accounting System
- Knowledge of the Television Programme Production Business
- An interest in Sport
Working Conditions
- Perm, Saudi Pro League, PMRR+2VM, Al Mursalat, Riyadh 12461, KSA
- Sunday Thursday
- Must be flexible and adaptable and prepared to work as part of a Team and occasionally, irregular hours
