Responsibilities

- Serve as main point of contact for ad hoc productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Manage programme budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and prepare quarterly finance reports
- Work with Production Executive and Senior Producers on scheduling and staffing needs
- Liaise with internal departments (legal, HR, finance, immigration) to secure visas and work permits
- Develop relationships with external facility providers and suppliers, troubleshooting issues
- Disseminate production reports and identify trends
- Attend meetings with Executive Producer, Production Executive, Producers, and Directors to ensure schedule progress
- Run production meetings to ensure clear communication and address challenges
- Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for production staff
- Manage a team of Production Coordinators and Assistants
- Establish new processes and procedures to improve production systems and workflow
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar production management role
- Ability to produce a production budget
- Knowledge of rights and clearances, production workflows, insurance, and health and safety
- Good Excel skills
- Organized, efficient, and resilient with ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Experience managing junior members of the admin team
- An understanding of UK or international TV industries
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Good client liaison skills

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Managing day to day production logistics for a number of matches, ensuring they are produced efficiently, on budget and adhere to compliance and H&S guidelines.
- Main point of contact for other ad hoc productions – Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Manage programme budgets, cost reports, forecasts and prepare a quarterly finance report for Production executive & Production accountant.
- In conjunction with the Production Executive and Senior Producers work on the schedule, planning for SPL departments, ensuring that staffing needs of all programmes are met.
- Work with internal departments (e.g. legal, HR, finance, immigration) to ensure all staffing, suppliers and freelancers have secured all necessary visas and work permits, as required.
- Develop an effective relationship with external facility providers and suppliers, ensuring regular communication, and able to troubleshoot issues and potential delays.
- Responsible for the dissemination of production reports; including knowing what the information means, gaps that require discussion and trends that appear.
- Attend meetings with Executive Producer, Production Executive, Producers and Directors, to ensure that the schedule is moving forward and/or specific issues are addressed and/or escalated.
- Run production meetings to ensure clear communication, dissemination of information, acknowledge accomplishments and discuss challenges.
- Advise the Production Executive/Head of Production of any potential problems or issues, particularly those impacting schedule and budget, and come prepared with proposed solutions
- Provide mentorship and opportunities for growth for production staff, including delegating targeted tasks and empowering production staff to take on additional responsibilities if required.
- Active management of a team of Production Co ordinators and Assistants
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience of dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to produce a production budget.
- Some knowledge of responsibilities in relation to rights and clearances, production work flows, insurance and health and safety.
- Good excel skills.
- Organized, efficient, and resilient oversee and prioritize multiple projects.

- Health & Safety Production Training.
Desirable (not essential)
- Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous, but not essential.
Working Conditions
- This is a fixed term contract role until 31st July 2027
- This role is based at our office in Riyadh
- May be required to attend (and travel to) location, other IMG buildings and stadiums.
- Unsocial hours, dictated as and when by the demands of the production schedule
