About the Role

- Manage day to day production logistics for matches, ensuring efficient production, on budget, and compliance with H&S guidelines.
- Serve as main point of contact for ad hoc productions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Manage programme budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and prepare quarterly finance reports.
- Work with Production Executive and Senior Producers on scheduling and planning for SPL departments.
- Collaborate with internal departments (legal, HR, finance, immigration) to secure visas and work permits.
- Develop effective relationships with external facility providers and suppliers.
- Disseminate production reports and identify gaps and trends.
- Attend meetings with Executive Producer, Production Executive, Producers, and Directors.
- Run production meetings to ensure clear communication and address challenges.
- Advise Production Executive/Head of Production of potential problems and propose solutions.
- Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for production staff.
- Manage a team of Production Coordinators and Assistants.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar production management role
- Ability to produce a production budget
- Knowledge of rights and clearances, production workflows, insurance, and health & safety
- Experience dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders, and personnel
- Good Excel skills
- Organized, efficient, and resilient with ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing junior team members
- Understanding of UK or international TV industries
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Good client liaison skills
- Health & Safety Production Training

Role Overview

Knowledge and Experience
- Experience of dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders and a range of personnel.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to produce a production budget.
- Some knowledge of responsibilities in relation to rights and clearances, production workflows, insurance and health and safety.
- Good Excel skills.
- Organized, efficient, and resilient oversee and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
- Experience managing junior members of the admin team.

Desirable (not essential)
- Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous, but not essential.
Working Conditions
- This is a fixed term contract role until 31st July 2027.
- This role is based at our office in Riyadh.
- May be required to attend (and travel to) location, other IMG buildings and stadiums.
- Unsocial hours, dictated as and when by the demands of the production schedule.
