About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure vendor invoices are properly coded and authorized for payment
- Liaise with Accounts Payable on payables issues and vendor enquiries
- Manage and reconcile Production Pre Paid Cards and Production Credit Cards
- Handle T&E expenses for staff using Concur system
- Assist Production Managers with monthly Actual Cost Reporting against Budget and analyze variances
- Proactively analyze production spend and revenue, reporting potential under/overspends
- Deal with ad hoc production related finance matters
Requirements
- Studying for a recognized Accounting Qualification (e.g., SOCPA license training)
- University Degree or equivalent in an Accounting related subject
- Previous experience in an Accounting/Finance environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in Television Production
- Knowledge of SAP Accounting System
- Knowledge of Television Programme Production Business
- Interest in Sport

Experience Required Mandatory
- Studying for a recognized Accounting Qualification (such as SOCPA license training)
- University Degree or equivalent in an Accounting related subject
- Must be numerate and able to organize and deal with multiple tasks
- Must be able to work without close supervision and have initiative
- Must have an interest in Television Production
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload on a daily basis
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Strong numeracy skills
- Previous experience in an Accounting/Finance environment
Experience Required Desirable
- Knowledge of the SAP Accounting System
- Knowledge of the Television Programme Production Business
- An interest in Sport
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Working Conditions
- Permanent position based in Riyadh, KSA
- Sunday Thursday work week
- Must be flexible and prepared to work irregular hours occasionally
