About the Role
Petrofac is looking for a Senior Engineer – Turnover to manage engineering data compilation and Petro-PCS database configuration for energy projects. The role involves monitoring progress, developing mechanical completion dossiers, and coordinating with disciplines.

Responsibilities
- Compile engineering data of the project to feed Petro PCS Database
- Configure and develop Petro PCS Database
- Monitor progress through Petro PCS, enter punch list during construction, pre commissioning and commissioning
- Develop and maintain mechanical completion dossier
- Collect engineering drawings from different disciplines
- Maintain records of latest revision of drawings, DCN, FDCN, and As built Drawings
- Mark up drawings as per subsystem boundary
- Issue Check and Test sheets as per Petro PCS Database
- Issue Ready for Inspection notices
- Enter completed check sheets and generate daily/weekly reports
- Enter punch list and generate daily reports
- Issue Operational test procedures to commissioning team
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in engineering
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in project completion system or database management
- Good computer skills and ability to control hard and soft documents
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for compilation of engineering data of the project to feed Petro PCS Database.
- Responsible for configuration & development of Petro PCS Database.
- Monitoring progress through Petro PCS, Entry of Punch list to Petro PCS during construction, pre commissioning and commissioning period.
- Development and maintaining of Mechanical completion dossier. supervise turnover operator.

- Marking – up of drawings as per subsystem boundary.

- Issuing of Check and Test sheet as per Petro PCS Database.
- Issuing of Ready for Inspection notice.
Essential Qualifications And Skills
- Should have good computer skill. Able to control both hard and soft documents. Good Inter personnel and communication skills.
- Graduate or Diploma in engineering with a minimum of 3 4 years’ experience in project completion system or Database management.
