Overview
- Lead end-to-end execution of HV substation civil works (≥132kV) including:
- Equipment foundations (transformers, breakers, CTs, etc.)
- Control buildings and substation structures
- Precast concrete elements
- Steel structures foundations and supporting civil works
- Fencing, drainage, roadworks within substation boundary
- Ensure strict execution as per approved IFC drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
- Manage full project lifecycle activities from mobilization to final handover and demobilization.
- Supervise and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and precast installation crews.
- Review and implement method statements, ITPs, and construction sequences specific to precast works.
- Coordinate with design consultants, clients, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and lifting/handling safety for precast elements.
- Coordinate interfaces with electrical and mechanical teams (excluding cable laying scope).
- Monitor project progress, productivity, and resource allocation to meet project timelines.
- Identify technical issues, resolve site challenges, and manage design clarifications.
- Maintain complete site documentation including progress reports, inspection records, and QA/QC documentation.
