- Manage Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, and payment follow ups
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and branch teams
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets and support annual budgeting activities
- Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and centralized vendor relationships
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management updates

- Provide centralized administrative support across multiple branches and departments
- Manage Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and payment follow ups
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and branch teams to ensure smooth business operations
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets, track utilization, and support annual budgeting activities
- Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, and centralized vendor relationships
- Ensure timely processing of approvals, procurement activities, and vendor payments
- Track open POs and coordinate with Accounts Payable to avoid payment delays
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement standardized administrative procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and procurement processes
