- Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational and operational goals
- Lead the design and enhancement of driver training programs focused on technical, behavioral, customer service, and safety competencies
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and reporting dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, driver performance, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all training programs comply with operational, regulatory, and QHSE standards
- Manage daily training operations and ensure timely delivery of scheduled training sessions
- Conduct driver assessments, evaluations, and certification programs
- Oversee remedial training initiatives based on driver performance data
- Maintain accurate training documentation, reporting, and compliance records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training outcomes positively impact operational performance
- Support onboarding and capability building initiatives for new drivers and operational teams
- Coach, mentor, and guide trainers and drivers to enhance professional behavior and service standards
Requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing training strategies
- Knowledge of driver training programs and safety competencies
- Ability to monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and analytics
- Familiarity with operational, regulatory, and QHSE standards
- Experience in conducting assessments and certification programs
