- Monitor SLA and KPI adherence with workshops, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies
- Collaborate with technology and ERP teams to enhance fleet management systems
- Develop strategies to improve vehicle utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize operational costs
Requirements
- Experience in fleet operations and management
- Knowledge of vehicle lifecycle management
- Experience with SLA and KPI monitoring
- Familiarity with ERP systems for fleet management
