- Analyse recurring issues and drive permanent fixes; support UAT and regression testing
- Maintain SOPs and knowledge articles; act as SME for business users
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high quality delivery and adherence to best practices

Role Overview
- As a Senior Associate Technology, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for Endur applications within the energy and commodities trading domain. You will work closely with business users, production support teams, and technology stakeholders to investigate and resolv
Key Responsibilities
- Provides Level 2 functional and technical support for Endur, ensuring stable day to day trading operations, accurate P&L, and smooth EOD processing.

- The role requires strong Endur expertise, problem solving skills, and the ability to manage incidents, service requests, and system enhancements while maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on Endur implementation and support.
- Exposure to Endur configuration, customization, and integration with third party systems.
- Hands on experience with Endur scripting, SQL, and database management.
- Strong understanding of energy and commodities trading, including risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced, client facing environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
