The Project
The client is delivering a large-scale residential community development in Dubai.
The development includes homes, landscaped public spaces, and lifestyle amenities designed to support wellbeing, connectivity, sustainability, and long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Champion safety first and ensure high standards of quality, compliance, sustainability, and team well-being.
- Manage planning, delivery, scheduling, reporting, and program insights for client and business objectives.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and office resources while maintaining safe and compliant workplace standards.
- Manage SharePoint, Aconex, and system permissions with accurate quality checks and controlled information flow.
- Maintain work package matrices, support contract administration, and ensure RFI processes operate effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, support knowledge sharing and innovation, and contribute to project goals.
- Identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions during delivery in support of the net-zero carbon transition.
Requirements
- Degree qualification.
- Expertise in EDMS platforms including Aconex, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with precision in document control.
- Proven knowledge of project workflows, documentation processes, and industry best practice.
- Analytical capability and ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
